Remember, employees can’t do their best work in an office they find disruptive. The performance can simply be measured over time. After a specific period they can see if the performance of an employee is increased or decreased. There are variables that influence the job performance. The most important variables are joy, interests, money and power. All of these variables have a positive influence on the job performance.
